Policy and Intermediary Organizations

Bellwether is uniquely positioned to add value to organizations in the policy and intermediary area of the education sector due to the combination of our strong Policy and Thought Leadership team capacity integrated with our Strategic Advising and Talent services. Our team includes former federal, state, and local education officials and understands a wide range of policy issues at all levels of government. Our analytic capacity coupled with our nuanced understanding of policy issues enable our teams to advise on policy issues with a unique depth of understanding.

To balance our unique blend of work, Bellwether does not engage in any lobbying activities or public relations on behalf of any client (see our policy here), but we can help clients answer questions, think through the challenges of various policy issues, and develop strategies to address policy challenges. In addition to our standard suite of strategic advisory and talent services we can also help with writing, grant writing and grant strategy, and customized research. We work with a wide range of clients, including education advocacy organizations, teacher voice groups, think tanks, city-based reform intermediaries, and membership organizations.
