Strategic Advising

Background: Caitlin Piccirillo-Stosser is a summer fellow with Bellwether Education Partners in the Strategic Advising practice area. She is an MBA candidate at the Yale School of Management, graduating in May 2023.

Prior to pursuing her MBA, Caitlin worked at The Home Depot Pro as a senior financial analyst on the Merchandising Finance team. Caitlin developed annual sales and margin targets, created analytics dashboards for senior leadership, and conducted quantitative analyses on new product initiatives. During her first year as an MBA candidate, Caitlin interned with Tutored by Teachers, an education technology startup focused on closing the achievement gap with virtual, small-group tutoring. In her role, Caitlin designed and executed a new, scalable process for teacher payments for the organization’s 45 school engagements.

Caitlin holds a bachelor’s degree from The University of Chicago, where she double-majored in economics and public policy studies.

Why I do this work: I grew up attending a public school district that often lacked the funding needed to provide critical resources to its diverse student population. I do this work because I want to ensure that all students have equitable access to a great education that can open the doors to new opportunities.
