We agree on the scale, severity, and urgency of the educational problems America faces. But we don’t always agree on the best remedies and policies for improving schools and education more generally. By maintaining an environment where divergent perspectives are freely expressed, we increase our collective ability to deliver thoughtful, stress-tested solutions for our clients and the education sector, rather than slogans and fads.
The Bellwether team is made up of experienced education leaders with decades of hands-on experience as teachers, school operators, founders, early stage and scale-up senior executives, strategy consultants, executive search professionals, and organizational development and individual coaching practitioners. Each team member focuses on a specific practice based on his or her greatest expertise but also works on projects in which the team’s combined expertise is much greater than the sum of its parts.
